Denmark: Datatilsynet updates guidance on transfers to third countries
On April 4, 2024, the Danish data protection authority (Datatilsynet) announced that it had updated its guidance on the transfer of personal data to third countries.
The Datatilsynet stated that the updates were carried out due to the number of new European Data Protection Board (EDPB) guidance in the field that was published since the last update, as well as the European Commission's adoption of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can read the press release here and the update here, both only available in Danish.
