EU: Parliament publishes corrigendum on its position on AI Act
On April 16, 2024, the European Parliament published a corrigendum on its position on the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council Laying Down Harmonised Rules on Artificial Intelligence (the AI Act). In particular, the corrigendum corrects errors in the language and numbering of the AI Act. The corrigendum also amends references in the AI Act to ensure that they are correct before the publication of the text in the Official Journal of the European Union.
