Malta: IDPC launches online FOI complaint submission form
The Maltese Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner ('IDPC') announced, on 4 May 2023, the launch of its online form for lodging a Freedom of Information Act ('FOI') complaint against the decision of a public authority on a request for access to information. In addition, the IDPC noted that it had created a portal on its website where FOI decisions taken by the IDPC will be uploaded.
