Minnesota: Bill for Consumer Data Privacy Act re-referred to House State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee

On March 7, 2024, the Minnesota House Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law amended and recommended the passage of House Bill 2309 for the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act. On the same day, the Committee re-referred the bill to the State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee.
