Oklahoma: Bill relating to AI referred to Senate Committee on Judiciary

On March 27, 2024, House Bill 3453 for the Oklahoma Artificial Intelligence Bill of Rights was referred to the Oklahoma State Senate Judiciary Committee after being read for the second time in the Senate on the same date. In particular, the bill defines artificial intelligence (AI) and introduces certain rights for citizens of Oklahoma in relation to AI.
