Albania: IDP publishes 2022-2025 Institutional Strategy for public consultation
The Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner ('IDP') announced, on 9 September 2022, the publication of the 2022-2025 Institutional Strategy for public consultation. In particular, the Institutional Strategy was drafted after evaluating the existing legal framework, and taking into consideration guidance provided by EU and international organisations.
Furthermore, the Institutional Strategy identifies the vision and mission of the IDP, its objectives for each field, as well as the concrete activities that will be carried out during the 2022-2025 period. The Institutional Strategy is accompanied by an action plan, a document aimed at the fulfilment of each foreseen objective of the IDP.
