On April 16, 2024, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation published an information letter on eliminating the consequences of inspections carried out by the Central Bank as a supervisory authority in financial markets.
In particular, the Central Bank recommends credit organizations and non-credit financial organizations to:

- record the destruction of such data in acts of destruction following the requirements of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor); and
- inform the persons to whom the specified data was transferred about the need to confirm their destruction and submit acts of destruction by the supervised organization.
