China: TC260 requests comments on draft standard regarding data processing security requirements
On April 15, 2024, the National Information Security Standardization Technical Committee (TC260) requested public comments on the Draft National Standard Security Requirements for Data Security Technology and Government Data Processing.
In particular, the Draft National Standard guides government departments and their technical support units in standardizing security management, technical, operation, and supervision requirements for government data processing, as well as personal information protection requirements.
Public comments can be submitted to [email protected] until June 14, 2024.
